Step by step
- Open a category page or a search results page in the online store.
- Open the ScrapeSheet side panel and press Extract this page. Product grids are detected automatically: each product becomes a row, price columns are labelled Price, and each product's link and image URL get their own columns.
- Remove the columns you don't need with ✕ in the preview. If the wrong block was picked, press Suggest another table.
- For the whole category, set Collect to All pages (Pro): ScrapeSheet follows the store's pages or Load more button. See pagination and infinite scroll.
- Export to Excel, CSV or Sheets.

Check the store's terms first
Some large marketplaces — Amazon, for example — prohibit data-gathering and extraction tools in their conditions of use. Read the terms of each store before extracting, and where a store offers an official API or product feed, use that instead.
Use it responsibly
ScrapeSheet is meant for publicly available data. It reads the page you have open in your own browser, at your own pace; it does not get around logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or anti-bot protection, and it should not be used to try. Before you extract, check the website's terms of use: if a site forbids automated collection, don't use ScrapeSheet there. How do I export product listings from a website to Excel?
Open the category or search page, press Extract this page in ScrapeSheet and export with the Excel button. Each product becomes a row with its name, price, link and image URL.
Can it collect every page of a category?
Yes, with Pro: choose All pages and ScrapeSheet follows the store's pagination or Load more button, up to 200 pages or 5,000 rows per run.
Can I compare prices per unit or per kilo?

Does ScrapeSheet work on Amazon?

Does it download the product images?
It saves the image URL of each product in its own column. It doesn't download the image files.
