Step by step
- Run a search on a job site with the role, location and filters you care about.
- Open the ScrapeSheet side panel and press Extract this page: each posting becomes a row, with its title, details such as company, location and salary, and its link in columns.
- Switch to 📈 Analysis and choose 💼 Jobs & salaries. You get the median and average salary, the middle range (25th to 75th percentile), how many postings show a salary, and a list of offers with their yearly pay and how far each is above or below the median.
- For more than one page of results, set Collect to All pages (Pro) before extracting.
- Export to Excel, CSV or Sheets to filter, chart or share.
Keep in mind
- Only postings that show a salary are counted.
- Published salary ranges are not the pay people actually receive: ads often widen or inflate them. Treat the result as a benchmark of the market you see, not an exact figure.
- Job boards set their own rules on automated collection. Check the terms of the site you use, and don't collect personal data about candidates or recruiters.

How does the salary comparison work?
The Jobs & salaries mode reads the salary of each posting, expresses it per year and compares it with the median of the search, alongside the average and the 25th to 75th percentile range.
What about postings without a salary?
They stay in your export, but the salary analysis only counts postings that show a salary and tells you how many that is.
Can I collect several pages of results?
Yes, with Pro: set Collect to All pages and ScrapeSheet follows the site's pagination, up to 200 pages or 5,000 rows per run.
